Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed in the order received. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $49 or more. Some remote locations, including some destinations in Africa and Southeast Asia, may be excluded. Shipping options, eligibility, and final rates for your address are shown at checkout. Transit times below are estimates in business days.
- United States: 5–12 business days; standard rate $6.99.
- United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, and France: 4–8 business days; standard rate $9.99.
- Canada and Australia: 7–15 business days; standard rate $7.99.
- Other destinations: 12–25 business days; standard rate $9.99.
Expedited Shipping
Where available, expedited orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. Orders placed by 6 PM PST begin processing the same day; orders placed after that time begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and 2–5 business days for transit. Availability and price are shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email a shipment confirmation with your tracking number and a link to the carrier. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time are processed the next business day.
Import Duties and Taxes
FOCALLURE.com is not responsible for fees associated with imports. Any import duties or taxes must be paid by the parcel recipient.
