To all our Focallure-Fam dears, we are so concerned about all our family babies. Nobody could imagine why the viruses would become like this: people have to quarantine at home, many stores and companies had to close because of lacking customers. The COVID-19 started a silence war with human but we believed that we can win it!
We will keep focusing on the latest situation and post our actions here. Thank you for your support and understanding.
During this time, we will take some actions of the operation to make sure our employees and customers to be safe. We will continue offer the products online and make sure every products are safe to you.
In addition, we will offer the qualified KN95 mask to our customers(only for the U.S customer because that’s the only country that we can arrange the shipment of masks). The masks are from the trustable supply chain around the world(mostly from China because China had the enough resources to produce mask).
We can still offer the international shipping for our customers. However, all the packages were so delayed because of the great pressure of transportation. We can not guarantee the exact delivery time of the package and according to the situation, the package would delay for about 10 working days(because we have to make sure everyone and every product in the warehouse are safe and all that are being cleaned.. the order of the masks would delay for about 7 working days mostly because of the local customs check the package)
The delivery time would take a bit longer than usual but we are assured that everyone can receive the package.

We will take the new return policy during this time: once you ordered items from our website, we will hold the orders for 2 days and won’t arrange the shipment in the first time. You can choose to cancel the order if you are afraid the long delivery time in 2 days and we will refund to you.
However, once we had arranged the shipment for the orders(the carrier took the package from our warehouse)then we won’t refund to you. If the package was stuck in the destination’s customs, we recommend you to wait patiently and we will keep tracking your package.
There are only these situation we will refund to you after arranged the shipment:
- The package took more than 60 days to arrive(nobody can accept that long time delivery)
- The package was confiscated by the customs and won’t be delivered. (We found that some package would be confiscated by the customs and they won’t let the parcel through, especially the mask orders. But don’t too worry about it, that won’t happen for many times. And we will arrange another package to you when we found out the package was confiscated)
- We can not arrange the shipment for the package.(some countries that carrier can not ship to)
