Are your products cruelty free?

Animal testing is very common in the skin care and makeup industries. In the past, animal testing was done to see if ingredients were safe for humans. Today, animal testing is no longer needed as we have better methods to determine if a product is dangerous for humans. Most brands available in the drugstore test on animals. Our products are cruelty-free and around the same prices as drugstore brands because we believe in keeping our prices low.

How are shipping rates calculated?

For international shipping, there is a flat rate of $5.95 USD, remote areas $12.95 USD. International orders over $30.00 USD, Remote areas over $50.00 USD are eligible for free shipping!

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. FOCALLURE is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

When will my order ship?

Our products usually – keyword usually – ship within 1-3 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes. Order your item on Focallure.com and we will offer you free shipping unless your package is over weight. Customers located outside of the US must have a matching billing and shipping address. Your order will be canceled if your international addresses don’t match.

Why is a coupon code not working?

Coupon codes will only apply to discounted Focallure items , some collaboration items and non-Focallure products. Coupon codes have expiration dates.

I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to make modifications to orders once they have been placed. Due to our efforts to ensure that your receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you put an invalid or wrong address, your order will ship out to that address and be returned to our warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated and additional shipping charges will apply.

Why was my order canceled?

Focallure.com was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the Billing Address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled. If you order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not. Focallure is a pet-friendly and animal loving company. We neither condone, nor support the selling of products tested on animals. While we do not manufacture the products we sell, we have confirmed with all of our beauty/cosmetics brands and they insist - they do not test on animals.
